A common theme in the intros to my blog posts lately have mostly been me BEGGING life to slow down!! Yesterday was the first day of spring, but I’m still over here clinging to Christmas and refusing to believe that I’m past the halfway point in my college journey.
I think it’s a mixture of a lot of things. This year has by far been one of my best yet, and in a way, I’m nervous for it to be over. I used to roll my eyes when adults would say, “I feel so old, I can’t believe how big you’ve gotten!”…And now suddenly I’M that adult. My baby sister is in high school??? My older brother is getting married?? This summer I’m taking Liam’s senior photos?
Anyways, the point of this whole “too-young-to-be-a-midlife-crisis” rant is to really just say that I can’t believe it’s spring already, but I’m all set for my skin to be not quite so transparent from my severe lack of Vitamin D!
About a week and a half ago, I was in Boston with two of my best friends! We went right in between two huge storms. We had SO MANY hiccups in our travels, but we made it through, and ended up having a really great time! I suck at creating content when I’m traveling, though. I try to be in the moment as much as possible, and then I end up having no photos! So – unfortunately, no blog posts from there 🙁
& as for why I haven’t posted in almost a month? Honestly, life just got in the way. It’s been a combination of college, health, and personal things, but I am so happy to be back at it!
This past weekend, I got to head over to Saginaw to visit Brady! I snagged this top from Threads in East Lansing, and you guys!!! It is the softest and coziest thing ever. I had to snap some photos so I could share it with you 🙂
I’ll link everything from both of our outfits below, but if you’re in EL, you can find what we’re wearing over at Threads!
& that’s all for today! If you’re feeling it, subscribe for email notifications of new posts 🙂
